RAM Energy Systems is currently owned and managed by Doug Wadsworth, Ray's son, who is also currently the President and CEO of Tri-CU Credit Union in Kennewick Washington, and who has a business degree from WWU.  

Doug grew up fishing commercially in Alaska, eventually as the captain of the Order of Magnitude during herring and fishing seasons, and the seafood processing plant manager and marketing manager of their Seafood Processing vessel, the Wild Salmon.  Doug spent all his early years in Alaska on the fishing boat with his dad, first stacking corks, then as the skiffman. He also spent the winters as a welder and boat builder with Kodiak Marine Construction for several years.
